On May 9, 2003, the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency launched the first-ever asteroid sample return mission, Hayabusa. <br/><br/>This was also the first mission to land on an asteroid. Hayabusa would spend about two years chasing down a near-Earth asteroid called 25143 Itokawa. It then landed on the asteroid, scooped up some samples, and returned to Earth in 2010. Hayabusa may have accomplished its mission, but it was also constantly plagued with technical difficulties. The problems started six months after the launch, when a huge solar flare damaged the solar arrays. This reduced the amount of power the solar panels could supply to its ion engines, so it look an extra three months to reach the asteroid. After finally getting there, Hayabusa tried to drop off a tiny robotic lander called MINERVA, but it drifted off into space without even touching the asteroid. Hayabusa itself made two separate landing attempts, both of which were riddled with problems that put the spacecraft into safe mode. But somehow it still managed to bring some asteroid dust back to Earth.

You know, recently, I was out with a client, a couple, and we were looking at various homes and they came across a three bedroom three bath home.<br/><br/>Now, that’s pretty nice, and I always try to encourage space when you’re buying a home because as long as you have the space there at some point if you want to expand and make it into a four bedroom — for example or add a bath — you have to have the space and the yardage outside to go with it.<br/><br/>However, in the bottom of this listing it said illegal two-bedroom home.<br/><br/>Okay, that is a big red flag!<br/><br/>Why? Because it’s not registered with the town as a three-bedroom, yet the listing is showing a three-bedroom.<br/><br/>It’s not going to work!<br/><br/>So you can buy the home of course, if you have cash. Well, that makes it a whole lot easier, but if you’re trying to get a mortgage and it’s listed as a legal two-bedroom that’s all you’re going to get a mortgage for.<br/><br/>Okay, put that all aside.<br/><br/>So say you want to buy this house and flip it — Well, what happens is that you now own title to the house, but the first thing you have to do is go to the town and convert it to a legal three bedroom home and that might involve plans.<br/><br/>It might be easy. On this episode of My Kitchen Sink, we go inside the kitchen of Jess Chou were she prepares homemade dumplings. Following her mom's go-to recipe, while adding a few steps in of her own, she whips up some dumplings. Watch this episode of My Kitchen Sink to see how mom's dumplings are done! <br/><br/>#athomewithme<br/><br/>Jess's Dumpling Recipe:<br/><br/>Dumpling Dough<br/>1 cup hot water<br/>2 cups all-purpose flour<br/>Pinch of salt<br/>1 tsp sesame or vegetable oil<br/><br/>Pour flour and salt into a large bowl and form a well.<br/>Pour in ¾ cup hot water and sesame oil, and then stir together with a wooden spoon.<br/>Add more water tbsp by tbsp until the dough comes together — lumpy, but not sticky.<br/>Knead dough until you get a large mass that is smooth and pliable and not sticky at all. <br/>Wrap in plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes (up to 3 hours) at room temp. Can be refrigerated.<br/><br/>Dumpling Filling<br/>1 pound ground pork (the fattier the better)<br/>2 tbsp soy sauce or however much you want / to taste<br/>1 tbsp sesame oil / to taste<br/>2-3 stalks green onions, diced (separate out the green stalks from the white)<br/>1 tsp ginger, grated<br/>¼ cup chicken broth<br/>1 egg<br/><br/>On a cutting board, place the ground pork and start breaking it down with a cleaver or chef’s knife. (I have the former)<br/>Drizzle on soy sauce and sesame oil and continue breaking it down until “smooth.\
